Complex System

Banx.one

Banx.one is a real estate investment platform that enables holding companies to offer investment opportunities to the public.

The Challenge

Designing a robust system for five distinct user roles, each with unique tasks and workflows - while ensuring fast, scalable design to support rapid development.

Roles & Personas

We've built a system that is not only based on needs of different roles (5 roles in total), but also dived deep in the motivation factors of each persona inside of these roles. Examples for 2 investor personas and the asset owner role.

Competitor analysis

The project included a comprehensive competitor analysis, focusing on user flows, task efficiency, UI design patterns, usability heuristics, microcopy, terminology, and psychological factors such as cognitive biases. The main finding was:

  • Limited transparency: A common shortcoming across competitors was the lack of transparency in how investment deals are presented.
We saw this as an opportunity to differentiate by offering clear, straightforward access to key information - such as financials, tenant breakdowns, lease agreements, and the current distribution of asset ownership.
